Returns and Exchanges

I will gladly accept returns on any items except custom work and live plants.

Please contact me within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 14 days of delivery

Keep a hold of your tracking number as we are not responsible for any lost packages.

Include your shipping paperwork with the order number and your name.

We suggest buying insurance on returns. Any damage that happens on a return is the buyers responsibility and a refund will not be offered.

If an item is damaged when the customer receives it please take a picture of the item and the package, and send us a message.

Please allow up to two weeks from receiving the package for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges are not accepted.

Cancellations are accepted until a shipping label has been created, at that time a cancellation will not be honored.

We will not be able to cancel, return, or exchange any custom work including custom color options.
